How Your Swimwear Sample Is Made
Here is what happens between your first message and an approved sample.

Brief & Quotation
Send your design files and target quantities. We review the details, confirm materials and quote the sample before work starts.

Fabric & Trims
We prepare the fabric, trims and branding materials for your style. Our fabric store keeps rolls in a range of colors.

Pattern Making
Our pattern makers draft your pattern and print it on our plotter. The paper pieces are then cut by hand.

Cutting
Fabric is cut to the paper pattern pieces. Our cutting room runs an automatic spreader and an automatic cutting table.

Sewing
Sewers assemble the sample on lockstitch and overlock machines. Seams are finished and edges trimmed as each piece comes together.
06
Review & Approval
We check the finished sample and send it for your review, confirming any changes together. The approved sample guides your bulk order.
Inside Our Sample Room
Samples are made in a dedicated sample room inside our 3,200 m² facility in Dongguan, where sewers take each style from cut panels to a finished garment.
