Company & Factory
We are a manufacturer. ASG Fashions runs a 3,200 m² production facility in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a 150-person team working across three production lines. For fabrics, trims and categories outside our own lines, we work with qualified partner suppliers and manage production and quality control for you.
ASG was founded in 2023, and ASG Fashions was set up in 2025 as the group’s fashion branch. Our general manager, بندق, brings 15 years of experience in the fashion industry across apparel, swimwear, lingerie and accessories.
Most of our projects are private label orders for apparel brands, تجار التجزئة, wholesalers, e-commerce sellers and influencer-led brands. Our buyers are mainly in Europe and North America, as well as South America, Southeast Asia and South Korea.
Products & Customization
Our core lines are swimwear and yoga wear, including women’s, men’s, أطفال’ and plus-size swimwear. We also supply fashion apparel, sportswear, shoes, hats, scarves and gloves, along with trims such as fabrics, التسميات, woven patches and zippers.
You can customize the full product: design, fit and appearance, fabric and color, functional details, your logo, labels and hang tags, and both inner and outer packaging. Tell us which elements you want to change, and we will build the sample around them.
Yes. Private label projects make up most of our orders. We apply your logo and produce your own labels, hang tags and packaging, so the finished collection carries your brand name.
Yes. Send us a sketch, reference photos or a tech pack. We work out the fabric, construction and trims with you, then make a sample so you can check the fit and details before bulk production.
Orders, Samples & Lead Time
Our standard MOQ for bulk orders is 300 pieces per style per color, and we can adjust it based on your project. For sampling, you can order from 1 piece.
Yes. Custom samples are charged, and the sample fee is refundable once you place a bulk order.
Samples take 7–10 days to make. Once you approve the sample, it becomes the reference for your bulk order.
Bulk orders of up to 1,000 pieces take about 30 أيام. Larger quantities are scheduled individually, and we confirm the timeline with your quotation. If you are working to a deadline, tell us and we can arrange a rush schedule.
You share your design and quantities, and we send a quotation. التالي, we prepare the materials and make your sample. After you approve the sample and confirm the order, we move into bulk production, inspect the finished goods and arrange delivery.
Send your design files or reference photos, preferred fabric, quantity per style and color, size range, and any label or packaging requirements. Your target delivery date also helps us plan the schedule.

Our dedicated QC staff follow each order through production, using your approved sample as the standard. Finished goods are inspected before delivery.
Yes. We coordinate logistics for your order and arrange delivery after the goods pass inspection. Shipping method and cost depend on the destination and order volume, and we confirm them with you before dispatch.
